  1. I want to buy Nikon D3500 but I found out that it is cropped and not full frame. I am new to this and I want to know if there is a good lense that can make the camera to full frame.

  2. Ain’t nobody spending 5K as a beginner tho unless u investing. What about the 500$ mark for just snapping for regular ppl?

  3. Affordable my ass! I just bought the Kodak PIXPRO WPZ2 For $129 on Amazon. It’s drop proof for 6 feet, waterproof up to 65 feet, shatter proof waterproof dustproof and it has a 16 megapixel camera. It also has built-in Wi-Fi so you can send pictures directly to your smart phone whenever you want. This is the type of cameras for beginners

  4. I want to do photography as a hobby nothing professional, which one you recommend? Rebel SL2 or EOS T7? Pls help

  5. Hi – I am a beginner, have used only point & shoot before & I am looking for mirrorless camera. My main target is only Photography & will not use this camera to shoot videos (I have GoPro for that). I am looking for this camera to click pictures during my travel. So I am Targeting more of capturing scenery, shooting people in potrait and in front of sceneries & monuments & taking pictures in low light too. Weather sealing will be nice. Please suggest me the camera along with the lenses I might need for my requirement. I wish to close the entire gear inside 100$.

  6. I bought an SH Nikon d5100 with 15.000 shutter counts, and it was very cheap, sth like 200dollars, also i got the kit lens, and is very easy to shoot with it, also it has mappable buttons and is doing it’s job very good

  7. hey! nice video but I will say I tough you would mention de Canon M50, so direct question, I want to buy my dauther her first ever camera and I am a nikon guy, have been for 20+ years, from the mechanical FM2 to the N60/70/80 to now digital (still no mirrrowless) but the I am bewteen the Canon M50 and what I think it has a better video/camera quality BUT more expensinve vs the Nikon D3500 and more simple and cheaper camera… wich would you pic???
In case my 12 year old (latter) thinks she does not want to have photography as a thing, I will be very happy to keep the 2nd camera (or sell it) Thank you!

  8. I wish I was rich enough to afford these. If you’re like me and on a budget get the canon T7i when they are on sale.

  9. really enjoyed the content but wanna ask about if i want to buy a body/dslr camera and don’t want to worry about for minimum of 10-15 years depending upon the revolution on cameras, in short a camera which is perfect for beginner & feature packed for some time that i don’t have to change it in near future thanks for the content again

  10. “5 Best Cameras for Beginners in 2020″…
But I counted just three reviews: One for Nikon, one for Sony and one for a Canon camera.
Did I miss anything in this video???…

    1. Seeing as how that Canon is about 3 times the cost of the other two with a lens I’d say it’s taking up the last three spots.

  11. $550 Very affordable? Don’t you realise at the moment there are shops charging £20 for toilet paper most. people have very different priorities. Get a grip man.

    1. You came to look for a camera. You are complaining about the prices so you obviously don’t appreciate quality. Go buy a disposable camera and stop being so negative

    2. Go ahead and use that same logic to typically expensive products or services. A car can be $10000 and be called affordable and yet they won’t stop their advertisements.

$550 for a mirrorless system is relatively affordable in comparison to something like an a7 iii at nearly 4x that cost.

Everyone needs to prioritize food, health, and a place to live, especially with Covid-19 being a threat right now. But camera prices aren’t going to suddenly sway their relative price because of it.

    1. That is actually one of my favorite cameras, but I think I would recommend that camera to a bloggers. I think if it came down to it. I would recommend the a600/ any Nikon beginner camera over the m50 for photos. And the m50 has great HD video, but I would probably still recommend the a600 because of the low light. The m50 is more a vlogging camera, I wouldn’t recommend it to an artist. But if you picked one up, you are probably going to love it.

    2. Hey maz, I don’t often check the email. But If you leave me a comment I try to make sure to get back to everyone. Let me know what video you are leaving the comment on and it would be my pleasure to get back to you. Cheers, River

  12. Either you do a lot of research before you turn the camera on or you are connected to the industry because your content is awesome and very knowledgeable about a broad spectrum on the recommendations you do. I really enjoy and look forward to them. I currently shoot a LUMIX lz1000. I would like to hear what you have to say about it compared to others like it that I might look into upgrading into. Again, thanks for the great vids.

    1. It is a full frame, mirrorless camera that also shoots early 4K videos. It uses an attached, 400mm Leica lens that I shoot dog sports with. Most shots are in the 50-100m range, so it is on the far end of lens’ focal length. I’ve only had it through 1 season since the price has come down to what I could afford. My mirrored cameras are all Nikon, with the best I have is my D7100. I am considering a 7500 body but that drops my sensor size back down to an aps-c
An 850 is completely out of my budget, so I would appreciate any recommendations that keeps the wallet in mind. Thanks

    2. Hey, I really appreciate the comment. In my day job, I am a cinematographer and shoot tv commercials. It was really nice to hear that someone looked forward to my content. Thank you! I am not particularly familiar with the Lumix 1000, but if you let me know what kind of content your want to shoot, I would be happy to make a recommendation 🙂

  13. Great video.. I really enjoy the Eos RP way better than my old 5dmk3 and the latest firmware really improved this camera.

    1. @BoostCTRL i’m just adapting EF lenses because they work so well but that 24-240 does look like an awesome travel lens but i haven’t tried it sorry.

    2. Hey buddy. Did you get a kit lens with yours? I’m looking at the 24-240 for travel use. How do you like it? Right now I’m just adapting used EF lenses.
